How to apply?
Admission to the Master’s and Doctorate courses takes place through selection processes carried out in the 1st and 2nd semesters. The notices of the selection processes containing the complete information are published on our page at the opening of registration. The candidates are eligible to receive scholarships according to the classification in the selection process and the availability of scholarships.
Selection Process for the Master Program
- The candidate selection process will be carried out by an Evaluation Committee composed of four professors from PPGQPN-IPPN.
- The procedures for the selection process are described in the application to the Master Program document. The selection exam will consist of the application of a written specific exam and curriculum analysis. The candidate will also be subjected to the foreign language exam.
- The written specific exam will consist of the questions they address in the Chemistry area. The suggested references for this exam are available in the application document.
Selection Process for the Doctorate Program
- The candidate selection process will be carried out by an Evaluation Committee composed of three professors.
- The procedures for the selection process are described in the application to the Doctorate Program document. The selection exam will consist of a presentation of the research project submitted by the candidate. The Evaluation Committee will argue the candidate and curriculum analysis. The candidate will also be subject to a foreign language proficiency exam.
- Candidates who do not hold a Master’s Degree in Chemistry must carry out the written exam of the PPGQPN-IPPN Master’s selection process. Candidates who fail this exam will be disqualified.
